We are working hard to make sure that we provide you with resources that will help you to succeed in this challenging economy. One simple way to stay informed is to log onto our website at www.optionsforfamilies.org where you will find up to date information and resources.

Below is some information that we would like to share with you.

Why is it important to update your provider program information?

Choosing a child care provider is one of the most important decisions a family will make. We are here to help families make an informed choice, by providing them with the most up to date information about your child care program.

Why should you call?

Without current information on your child care program, we cannot refer families to your program. If you have indicated that you have zero vacancies, and you now have vacancies, please call us to be included on our referral listing.

How often should you call or contact us on-line?

Every time there is a change in your program, staff, licenseor at least every 6 months. You can also fill out your information on-line, under the provider tab!

What you should know

When updating via on-line or via the telephone, we encourage you to give us anemail addressif you have one. We send out many announcements through email. It's a quick and fun way to stay in touch.

In addition, please forward a copy of your current DCYF license by mail or fax it to 946-2301 at your earliest convenience so that we can update your license information accordingly and put your program ina give referral status.

Showcase your child care program by choosing our "Child Care Online" feature.
